What's included

The same scope on every booking. No upcharges mid-job for things that were always part of doing it right.

  • Mount installation on drywall, lath, or concrete (with appropriate anchors)
  • TV mounted, level checked twice, tightened to torque spec
  • Power and HDMI cable tucked behind a low-profile raceway or in-wall (where code allows)

Every TV mount we do gets the same treatment: we find the studs first (and confirm with a second pass), level the bracket on a laser line, and torque the lag bolts to spec. Then we mount the TV, level again, and check that the lockdown pin is engaged. The whole job takes about an hour for a standard living room install.

Three things we don't do: rush, skip the level check, or leave drywall dust behind. The job isn't done until your space looks like we were never there.

Common questions

Do I need to provide the bracket?+

No. Our $179 starting price includes a tilt or fixed bracket for TVs up to 65 inches. If you've already bought one (or want a specific full-motion arm), we'll use yours and the base price doesn't change.

Can you hide the cables in the wall?+

Usually yes, when the wall cavity is accessible and there's no obstruction. We add $120 to run an in-wall power kit (CSA-approved, code-compliant) and route HDMI through the same hole. If the wall is solid concrete or has fire-blocking we hit, we'll switch to a surface raceway and let you know the change before drilling.

What if the wall doesn't have studs where I want the TV?+

Plan A is to find studs within 12 inches of your preferred spot and shift slightly. Plan B is heavy-duty toggle anchors rated for the TV weight (we use SnapToggle 3/8" or equivalent). We won't mount a heavy TV on drywall alone - that's how brackets fail at 2 AM.

Do you mount on brick fireplaces?+

Yes. Brick or stone above a fireplace adds $60 for the masonry drill + anchors and an extra heat-check step (we measure with an IR gun during operation to make sure your TV isn't sitting in a heat plume). If the surface is over 40°C during a fire, we'll recommend a different spot.

How quickly can you come?+

Most weekday bookings get a same-week slot. Same-day TV mounting is sometimes possible if you call before noon. Saturday mornings 8-2 are standard hours. You'll get a text confirmation 30 minutes before arrival.
