West Kelowna's housing stock is younger than Kelowna's. A lot of the work we do here is small-stuff cleanup after move-in: re-hanging closet doors that the builder skimmed, tightening loose handrails, mounting TVs into actual studs instead of just drywall. Yes, regularly. Most of our work in those neighbourhoods is punch-list cleanup on newer builds: re-hanging interior doors, mounting TVs, drywall touch-ups around stairs and laundry rooms. We can usually do three or four small items in a single visit and quote them flat-rate.
Can you handle a Casa Loma waterfront short-term rental?+
We do monthly compliance inspections on STR properties in West Kelowna. The retainer covers smoke and CO testing, fire extinguisher checks, WiFi speed testing, hot tub chemistry where applicable, and a photo report you can forward to your guests or insurance.
