We can patch plaster. The $159 starting price assumes the shutoffs work; if they don't (and in South Pandosy bungalows they usually don't), the valve replacement is $40-$80 extra per shutoff. We do the assessment in 5 minutes on arrival and quote before turning off the main. Don't risk DIYing this one - a seized shutoff that snaps off floods the basement.

I'm in a lakefront condo. Can you do work without disturbing neighbours?+

Yes - we coordinate with concierge / building manager on access timing, use drop sheets in elevators and corridors, and keep noisy work (hammer-drilling, sanding) within standard daytime hours per most strata bylaws. Most condo jobs (TV mount, sliding-door service, smart-lock install) are 45-90 minutes and well under any noise complaint threshold. For bigger jobs we'll let the building know in advance.
