STR retainer pricing is per property. Properties over 3,000 sqft or with a pool/hot tub add a $40 surcharge per visit; quoted in writing before signing.

- Do you charge for quotes?
- No. Free written quotes on every job. Walk-throughs are free if we're already in your neighbourhood. We won't show up just to estimate. We'll quote off photos or a phone call where we can, and confirm on arrival before any work starts.
- Are your quotes fixed-rate?
- Yes. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice. We don't "start the meter" once we're on-site. The only time the price changes is if we open something up and find genuine unexpected damage (rotten subfloor under a faucet, mystery wiring behind a wall). Even then, we stop, show you what we found, and re-quote before doing any extra work. No quiet up-charges, ever.
- What's the 1-hour minimum about?
- $95 covers the trip and the first hour on-site. If we finish in 30 minutes, we spend the rest on anything else on your list: change a lightbulb, tighten a loose handle, whatever's been bugging you. We don't bill in 15-minute increments mid-job.
- Do you supply materials?
- Yes. We bring common materials (drywall mud, screws, anchors, basic paint, hardware) and charge them at cost on the invoice. For specific items (a particular faucet, paint colour, light fixture) we'll either pick it up with a small materials run fee, or you can have it on-site when we arrive.
- Am I locked into a contract?
- No. Every recurring plan we offer is no-fixed-term. Honey-Do Monthly cancels with one click in your account. Short-term rental maintenance retainers pause for the off-season or cancel any time with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. We don't believe in trapping you in something that isn't working. The whole point of the model is that you stay because we're worth it.
- How do I pay?
- Card on completion: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac. Tap or insert on a mobile reader. Receipt and 90-day labour warranty come by email within an hour of the job ending. For recurring subscription plans (Honey-Do, short-term rental), payment is monthly to your card on file.
